iZao · Sources and approach

How iZao prepares its resources

Knowing where information comes from helps you decide how to use it.

A specific question, a useful answer

Our guides explain a task and direct readers to the relevant service. Institution profiles bring together roles, jurisdiction, published contacts and sources. Each guide is attributed to iZao; expert identities and professional approval are never invented.

Sources you can inspect

Links lead to publications by the relevant administrations, bodies or companies. A consultation date records when those sources were examined. It does not mean a telephone was called or an email response was received.

Uncertainty remains visible

An older name, conflicting contact details or an unidentified local office is flagged on the profile. Ambiguous inboxes are omitted from contact links. Programme fees, deadlines and conditions are not generalized to unrelated files.

Independent information

An institution’s inclusion on iZao does not imply endorsement of the platform. Links to official services are separate from requests for professional assistance.

Correcting information

Use the reporting link on a profile or guide and identify the relevant information, with a source if available. A correction needs verification before the content and its revision date are changed.
