Start with the essentials
Your next step.
The IFU identifies the taxpayer. For a property, ask the competent tax centre separately which obligations and file apply to its circumstances.
- Find your IFU or ask how to obtain one.
- Identify the property and its tax centre.
- State the task: declaration, payment, correction or certificate.

Answers to your questions.
Where are the IFU services?
The IFU platform includes identifier search and verification. It directs new registrations to DGI online services. Older form addresses may be unavailable: begin at the official online-services homepage and choose the route matching your circumstances.
What should you ask about TFU?
Prepare the commune, address, property references and available notices. Ask for the competent centre, period, assessment basis, supporting records and correction process if information is wrong. A neighbour’s or former owner’s payment does not determine your own obligation.
What does the DGI land portal do?
It handles requests for a certificate of non-taxation for the Taxe Foncière Unique. Confirm that this certificate is relevant to your request; it is not general proof of ownership or universal tax clearance. DGI publishes cdgi@finances.bj and domestic short code 133 for enquiries.
