Start with the essentials

Your next step.

Choose a practice in the Chamber’s directory, define its assignment and ask how the transfer will be followed up with ANDF.

  • Select a practice and confirm its current contacts.
  • Send the parcel references and parties’ circumstances.
  • Request an itemised quote and document list.

Answers to your questions.

How do you contact a practice?

Use the official notary directory. Confirm the address, appointment and current telephone number: some online contacts retain the old telephone format. Ask whether the practice can handle the transaction, when it can review initial papers and how to send the file.

What belongs in the quote?

Ask for fees, taxes, administrative charges and disbursements to be separated, with their basis and who pays. Specify whether this is a purchase, inheritance, gift or transaction through a representative. These different circumstances cannot be priced using one generic internet figure.

What should you keep after signing?

The public-service transfer sheet and ANDF service standards provide official starting points. Ask who files the request, what receipt is issued, how progress is tracked and which final record confirms the update. Keep the deed, receipts and filing reference; signing alone does not describe every stage.
