Start with the essentials
Your next step.
Present the project to APIEx, then have its legal structure, land, permissions and tax obligations examined separately.
- Describe the activity, location, budget and proposed ownership structure.
- Ask APIEx which process suits the project.
- Review land and tax questions before committing funds.

Answers to your questions.
What should you prepare for APIEx?
Explain whether you plan to own a home, let property, develop land or deliver a housing programme. State who invests, from which country, at what stage and in which commune. The agency informs investors and supports business formalisation; ask which contacts match your activity.
When should you use MonEntreprise?
This is the official business-creation route presented by APIEx. Before choosing a structure, ask which records and obligations suit the applicant and activity. Registering a business does not replace examination of land rights or project permissions.
Which decisions need review?
A notary or lawyer can examine the ownership structure, authority and proposed contract; DGI clarifies tax procedures. For construction, also identify the municipality and technical professionals. Request a cost breakdown and establish which conditions must be met before committing funds.
